What will you do?
You will contribute to innovative solutions such as our Enny Energy Management Systems, Smart Connect dongles, and data platforms that make energy consumption transparent and sustainable. No coffee runs — you’ll be working on technology that truly drives the energy transition.

Tasks and responsibilities
As an intern or graduation student at Xemex, you actively contribute to smart energy solutions. You work on projects that directly influence our products and customer solutions. Depending on your field of study and department, you will:
- Work on marketing campaigns, content and product communication related to smart energy control, EV charging, solar energy and storage
- Support sales activities, customer presentations and market analyses in residential and commercial energy markets
- Contribute to software and cloud development, data processing, API integrations and platform optimisation
- Test, analyse and improve hardware and software solutions for smart meters and energy hardware
- Support customers and partners with technical questions about our products and installations
- Assist with HR projects such as talent development, employer branding and onboarding
- Conduct research into new energy management applications, market trends and business cases
You will collaborate with specialists from multiple disciplines and take on your own responsibilities. In doing so, you help accelerate the transition to a smart and sustainable energy system.
Who are you?
Graduation students are expected to work independently and critically. You are flexible, enthusiastic and eager to learn, and you can organise your projects with a high degree of autonomy. You handle change well and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation. You also have a good command of both Dutch and English. At the same time, you work closely with experienced colleagues and have the space to take initiative and develop your skills within an innovative, technical environment.
