Manager Innovation and Solutions (Full-time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify market, technological, and societal trends and developments, and translate them into innovative solutions and strategies for Xemex.
• Lead and coach the Product Management team; you ensure clear direction, structure, and focus.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for EMS solutions, including market exploration, supplier strategy, and positioning.
• Think creatively and “outside the box” about new products and technologies.
• Develop clear use cases and business cases for new and existing products.
• Provide support to sales and (potential) clients with in-depth consultancy on major projects.
• Gather market insights and customer needs and translate them into new product ideas.
• Oversee market launches in new geographical regions.
• In collaboration with marketing, be responsible for the textual development of our solutions for the website, social media, and other communications.
• Involve companies and external partners (such as startups and research institutions) in partnerships and co-innovation initiatives.

What do you bring?

• You have a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong strategic and analytical skills.
• You are both strategic and hands-on, capable of developing a vision and translating it into concrete, executable plans.
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset and an affinity for (electro)technology.
• Experience in product management within the energy or technology sector.
• A completed higher education (HBO/WO) in business administration, electrical engineering, innovation, or a related field.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Willing to travel, including to our offices in Rosmalen (NL) and Antwerp (BE); living in the Brabant region is a plus.
