Compact TIC interface for real-time access to Linky meter data

The Xemex TIC Dongle is a compact converter designed for France’s Linky smart meters. It reads TIC (Télé-Information Client) signals and converts them into Modbus TCP for use in smart energy applications such as EV charging, battery management, and monitoring systems.

Seamless integration with Linky smart meters

The dongle connects to the TIC port (standard mode only) and provides real-time access to energy data. Configuration is easy via a web interface, with support for DHCP, static IP and mDNS. Power is supplied via USB-C.

Modbus TCP & MQTT-ready

The dongle acts as a Modbus TCP slave on port 502. It can also be linked to an MQTT broker via the web interface or connected to the Xemex ENNY platform in Europe for centralized energy management. The device acts as a translator between the Linky meter and the network – ideal for integration with EMS systems or EV charging systems without additional software on the device itself
