Xemex converts hardware into value for IT4Kids. E-waste is a growing problem, millions of tons of electronic waste are created every year. We recently decided to convert our hardware, which we no longer use in the office, into value for IT4Kids.

Circular IT for sports opportunities.The concept of IT4Kids, which they call ‘circular IT’, really appeals to us. IT4Kids has developed a fundraising method around decommissioned business hardware. The value of that hardware is converted into support for projects that structurally offer sports opportunities to children. In this way, our leftover hardware adds something to society.
The data is removed from the old devices, after which they are given a second life through upcycling.
Sustainable choices.
By donating old PCs, laptops and other IT equipment to IT4Kids, we create opportunities for children together. Thanks to upcycling, the collaboration not only contributes to that goal, it also offers Xemex the opportunity to make conscious and sustainable choices.
